  1. Sometimes you want to get in a workout swim at the ocean or just a quick snorkel, and you do not have on a swim suit or swim attire. Then the sports bra and running shorts will have to do. Has for the men, I remember one time the guy the was with us during our mid day run was wearing short track or split type running shorts. We decided to go for a snorkel/swim at a beach afterwards, since we had the mask and fins in our vehicles. We’ll, to put it plainly, there was a lack of coverage and support around his package.
